American History Literature	Email to friend
Will sell all four books together for only $20, or sell each sepearately for $6 each. They include "Bud, Not Buddy" by Christopher Paul Curtis, "One More River" by Lynne Reid Banks, "Captains Curageous" by Rudyard Kipling, and "The Land" by Mildred D. Taylor. Excellent for literary analyses, book reports, supplements for American history, etc. Please note: Although "The Land" is a well-written book, there are profanities and crude references to other races, etc. that can turn off some people. It is best if the parent reads aloud (and modifies the curse words) to younger children, and at least pre-read and be aware of these things for older children. "The Land" can be somewhat "heavy" reading, but it is eye-opening to what life was like for some people after the Civil War, and I highly reccomend it. If you can overlook the cussing and racial slurs (hard for any conscientous parent!), then can truly enjoy this book.

Although soccer is our business PSA uses soccer as a platform to spread the good news of the Gospel. Also PSA not only teaches children the basic skills of soccer but its purpose are to also develop children with their character traits that are essential in life, their physical development, and fun are part PSA. I went to a Christian college in Bristol, TN, where I finished my undergrad degree and my MBA in 2005. I played soccer professionally for two years for the Charlotte Eagles USL Division 2 Mens Pro-Team, 2006-2008. Charlotte Eagles is under the organization Missionary Athletes International (MAI). I was a member of the King College Mens soccer team from 2000-2004. I was a member of the Kohaito Football club, 1995-1998, Captain 1997-1998, in Asmara Eritrea. Member of the Eritrean Youth Soccer, 1995-1996. I have my soccer coaching National D License, Tusculum College, 2004. I was the Assistant coach for the King college Mens soccer team 2006. I have been coaching youth ages 3 up to 18. I coached for many youth clubs including: Matthews USA, Charlotte NC, Diadora Impact North East, Bristol Football Club, and Holston View Elementary, Bristol TN. In addition I coached home schooled children and summer camps since the summer of 2000 for King College Top players only, Charlotte Eagles summer camps, as well as Co-partnered to manage direct and coach a summer soccer camp in Bristol, TN, summer 2003 for Destiny Soccer Academy, spring 2004. PSA sessions are led by instructors that are Christian who treat each participant with respect and as children of God and have been exposed to soccer for many years, played in college, and also trained instructors. The sessions are weekly sessions held at your school, after care/day care or preschool site and are age-appropriate that run 30 to 45 minutes weekly. The Truth The good news of the Gospel Basic soccer skills PSA fun games related to soccer Word of the Day Use of imagination Fun fitness activities and exercises Coordination, balance, and agility development Character-building lessons Weekly and seasonal prizes By joining PSA your children should be expecting the following: Ball Familiarization, Ball control Dribbling: With speed and ball possession Shooting, Passing, Crossing Development through fun, Speed: Agility & Quickness Knowledge of the game Character development Team work: encouragement, and personal value traits PSA would like the school to introduce the program to the student body/parents. Give flyers made by PSA to parents. Give PSA permission to use school camp ground/s for sessions. Allow PSA instructors to go to classes (day care/after care) and take the children that signed up for 45 minutes sessions. Piano and Music Theory Lessons Columbia, Maryland	Email to friend
Deborah White-Bondhus has operated at piano and music theory studio in Laurel and Columbia for the past 30 years. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Piano Performance and Education. She previously taught for the Prince Georges County Public Schools and the Arch-diocese of Washington and just completed homes-schooling her two children with CBA. Her studio, which is convenient to Columbia and Laurel, has a separate computer theory lab for the use of the students. Her students enjoy a wide variety of opportunities, including, piano performance, competitions, festivals, in-house theory classes and recitals, composition, improvisation, outreach recitals and church performances. In addition to her teaching Ms. White-Bondhus is on the Board of Directors of Maryland State Music Teachers Association, past MSMTA Theory Chair, past Vice-President of Publications and is currently the President of Greater Laurel Music Teachers Association. Ms. Bondhus is currently directing the junior choir at Oakridge Community Church. Her students range from age 4 to age 54. Lessons consist of 30 45 minutes of private instruction and 20 minutes in the theory lab. Monthly theory classes are offered on Saturday mornings and Repertoire classes on Friday evenings at no charge. Each student participates in recitals and festivals with Greater Laurel Music Teachers, Greater Columbia Music Teachers, or MSMTA, based on individual interest. Mrs. Batcher is a Senior Statistician at Ernst and Young and is widely known and respected for her volunteer work in voting.
