The CBA Elementary Program
The elementary program offers support to parents who are providing a home-based academic program to their kindergarten through 6th grade children. Staff consultants help in setting up the program, choosing curriculum and with day-to-day questions and issues as they arise over the school year. CBA provides optional Elementary Classes, as well as field trips, assemblies, and school picnics. These classes and activities offer an excellent opportunity to build friendships for the students and community for the parents.
Newly enrolled families attend a program orientation where requirements, documentation, and school forms are explained.
Book It! is a national reading incentive program offered by Pizza Hut through the academy to all students in Kindergarten through 6th grade. The program begins in October and runs through March each year. The parents set the monthly reading goals for each child according to his or her own reading skills, increasing those goals as the year progresses. Non-readers can meet their goals by being read to by others. After monthly goals are met, families call the academy to report their success and the academy will send the student a coupon for a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut.
Tuition is based on a per family rate and is set by the grade of the oldest enrolled student.
